No cancellations can be accepted after 15 days from date order is placed. |
All merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. |
In the event of damage in transit, all claims must be made within seven days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence of damaged shipment. No claims will be accepted after 7 days. |
No goods can be returned without prior authorisation from Rachel Riley Ltd. If any faulty goods are received, please contact the Rachel Riley Head Office on the details below to see how to proceed. |
All goods must be paid for in full before they are released for delivery, unless otherwise agreed by Rachel Riley Ltd. |
All UK orders with a total value under £500 will be charged a delivery cost. All orders delivered outside of the UK will be charged delivery. |
Orders can be paid for by credit card or bank transfer. |
All orders are charged in GBP £ sterling or Euros depending on price list ordered by. |
Any bank transfers made in a different currency must use the exchange rate on the date of payment and take into account any bank charges that may affect your full payment amount. We ask that brands follow Rachel Riley's sale calendar and match markdowns and exclusions in sale following specified dates. |
